All of our patterns ordered via this website are supplied in electronic format as .pdf files - because of this all our patterns are completely free of P&P charges regardless of where in the world you are ordering from. You will receive an email order confirmation as soon as you order is placed and payment is completed. Included in this email will be a link to enable you to download any patterns you have ordered from the secure area of our website. This link will be valid for 3 days (if you do have any issues that mean you cannot download your patterns in this time don't worry, please contact us and we can renew the link for you).

If your order contains both patterns and kits you will still receive the link to download the patterns, the kits will obviously be dispatched to you by post. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions at all.

If you do not want to have your patterns supplied by digital download but would rather have them emailed to you or supplied on a CR-ROM (both as pdf files) or if you would just like us to print a copy off and supply it by post as a paper copy we would be delighted to do this for you. To order a pattern for delivery other than digital download please either use our ORDER FORM or telephone us on 01760 440 091 - if you use either of these methods you can pay by credit/debit card, cheque or postal order.
