Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and all major credit and debit cards. We use Paypal (the payment processing arm of ebay) to process our online orders.
We are also able to accept telephone orders and process credit/debit card payments via the telephone.
If you wish to pay in UK£ sterling we are also happy to accept payment by cheque or postal order (made payable to Country Cross Stitch Kits) via post.
When a confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Our shipping and handling charges are:
UK Orders: Orders up to £25.00 please add £1.25. For orders over £25.00 shipping and handling is FREE
European Orders: Orders up to £25.00 please add £2.50. For orders over £25.00 shipping and handling is FREE
USA / Rest of the World: Orders up to £25.00 please add £3.00. For orders over £25.00 shipping and handling is FREE

Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch all kits within 2 working days of receipt / clearance of the payment, kits ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will usually be dispatched the next working day. Where possible we will dispatch items the same day the order is received (or payment clears, whichever is the latter) - we actually dispatch over 75% of kits same day. We always send an email on the day the items are posted so you will know when to expect them arriving.
UK Delivery: we send all orders by first class post so kits should be with you next working after dispatch.
Delivery to Europe: we send all orders by airmail, the lead time for airmail to Europe is quoted as up to 5 working days.
Delivery to USA / Rest of the World:! we send all orders by airmail, the lead time for airmail to the USA / rest of the world is quoted as 7 - 10 working days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Credit Card Security Orders placed on the website and paid for by credit or debit card are handled by Paypal (the payment processing arm of ebay) securely via an SSL encrypted connection - you can check this by ensuring that, on the payment processing screens, our website address starts with https - it is the s that signifies this is a secure, encrypted website. We do not receive or hold any credit card details at all in our offices and we do not store them on our website for any future orders. This does mean you have to enter your card details each time but we feel this is safer.
You are welcome to telephone your order through and we will process your credit/debit card payment over the phone. Again we will not store these details, as soon as the payment process is complete we shred and then incinerate any written record of your details - no credit card details will be stored on our computer systems.

| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our kits and cards come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee as long as they are returned complete (it is ok if they have been opened - we would want to look inside so why shouldn't you!). Any faulty kits will replaced or refunded upon return. |

We are happy to accept returns of unwanted kits for up to 14 days, if is fine if these have been opened but we ask that you return the entire kit. |
Remittance Terms All online orders to paid for by credit / debit card at time of placement.
We can also accept telephone order and are able to process credt / debit card payments over the phone.
Orders can also be sent via the post with payment, in UK £ sterling only, by cheque (UK bank account only) postal order or cash (PLEASE do not send cash through the post unless you use registere mail - we cannot be held accountable for cash that is lost in the post). Please make cheques / postal orders payable to A Pentland. |
