All of our Chinese horoscope coaster kits come with a cream card insert which covers the back of fabric and shows the relevant symbol, the name of the animal and four of its main characteristics. They also include a 3 piece coaster kit (front, back and non slip feet). These are very simple to put together, all you need to do is put your cross stitch and card insert into the front section of the coaster, snap in the back section and stick on the feet - no glue or tools required!
The assembled coaster completely covers your finished cross stitch and is splash proof and can be wiped with a damp cloth or sprayed with polish etc.

How to select the appropriate coaster
The Chinese horoscope consists of 12 differnt animals, it is your birth date which determines which animal applies to you.
To find out what animal you are select the appropriate decade from the list shown above, you will then see a page which includes a table which you can then refer to.
**Please note, as the Chinese New Year starts in January or February each year it may be necessary for you to check the previous year if you were born in either of these two months.
