UK customers who wish to order by post can do so by using our order form and pay by cheque, postal order of credit/debit card. Please feel free to print out a copy by clicking on the picture below with the right mouse button and selecting 'print target' from the list of options in the hot menu that appears (click on 'print target' with the left mouse button).

To save a copy of our order form to your computer simply click on the picture below to open up the order form in a new window and select the 'save' or 'save as' option in the file menu of your .pdf viewer (if you do not have a .pdf viewer you can download Adobe Acrobat© absolutely free from www.adobe.com)

Notes on Ordering Patterns

Patterns ordered via the website and paid for by credit card are available for you to download as soon as you have made payment.

If you wish to order patterns by using this order form and sending us your payment by post then please indicate how you would like us to send you your patterns by ticking the relevant box on the order form. The choices are:

1 - By email - you can pay by cheque, postal order or credit card and as soon as payment has cleared (this is instantly for postal orders and credit cards) we will send your patterns to the email address you supply on the form. If your order is for patterns only and you select to have them delivered by e-mail there are no P&P charges to pay.

2 - On CD-ROM - we will supply all of the patterns you order on a CD-ROM, this means you always have a safe copy of the pattern on the CD and, if anything happens to the first copy you print off you can easily print another one. This is also very useful for samplers where you may wish to print off extra copies of alphabets to use the same letter on more than one occasion (you only have to print out the relevant page if you wish, not the whole pattern). This allows you to cut the letters out and stick them onto the main chart rather than use multiple charts. Patterns ordered on CD are charged P&P as standard - i.e. if the order value is up to £25.00 then add £1.25, if it is £25.01 or over then P&P is free. There is no charge for the CD itself.

3 - Printed patterns - if you wish to have you patterns printed out by us and sent to you as paper copies we are also happy to do this,. Patterns delivered as printed copies are also charged P&P as standard - i.e. if the order value is up to £25.00 then add £1.25, if it is £25.01 or over then P&P is free.
